Summertime can be harsh on your skin.Sun exposure and airconditioning can dry out your skin.Having attractive skin is not a given, you need to cultivate over time and make some good decisions.Here are some good tips:
1)Our skin requires a certain amount of moisture each day to remain healthy and keep it's protection barriar.Drink at least 8 full glasses per day to insure that you get the hydration you need.Tap water is accepable so it doesn't have to be bottled all the time.Save yourself some money,it's just as good.
2)Soaking up the rays is actually good for you as long as you dont get sunburned.Moderate sun exposure daily gives us that all important source of vitamin D.Use adequate protection when needed and try to avoid the sun between late morning and early afternoon when the rays are the strongest.
3)Good lifestyle goes a long way.Get plenty of sleep.At least 8 hours per night is stongly recommended.Try to eat properly,fresh fruits and vegetables are great for your skin.smoking and alcohol should be avoided if possible.
4)Daily cleansing is real important regardness of what skin type you have.Daily cleansing will remove dirt and any buildup you have from your makeup.Getting your pores clean is very important to keep your skin looking healthy and radiant.Make sure you moiusturize at least once or twice a day to retain the moisture.Summertime can be alot of fun!
